Major Events in 2013

The year of 2013 was marked by the completion of the acquisition by Grupo Monte of the Angolan holdings; Mount Car Service, NósMonte, and IMACA.

In regards to activity in 2013, we consolidated the processes of supervision and management of the group, in particular in the business areas in which the Holding Company holds effective domain.

Monte SGPS as headquarters of Grupo Monte reinforced the service delivery component of the administrative character for the other companies of the group, in 2013.
